Our client is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager/Team Lead (PS) to oversee survey operations across multiple locations in Arkansas. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and project management responsibilities.

Our client delivers surveying and engineering services for infrastructure, land development, and public works projects, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

• Lead and manage survey teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Plan survey scope, staffing, and cost estimates for projects

• Schedule field crews and optimise resource allocation

• Review survey data, records, and legal documentation

• Prepare plats, survey descriptions, and technical deliverables

• Establish survey control methodologies and procedures

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project performance

• Support business development and client relationship activities

• Supervise and mentor survey staff, including training and performance management

qualifications.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years preferred)

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (state-specific licensure required)

• Proven experience managing survey projects and teams

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
