Our client is seeking a Water Resources Engineer (PE) to join their team in Rogers, AR. This role focuses on delivering environmental and water resource engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and land development projects.

responsibilities.

  • Perform watershed, hydrologic, and hydraulic (H&H) modelling and analysis

  • Lead design of stream restoration, channel stabilisation, and wetland/floodplain projects

  • Analyse topographic, hydrological, and geotechnical data to inform design decisions

  • Develop cost estimates and assess project feasibility

  • Produce engineering drawings and technical documentation using design software

  • Conduct GIS-based spatial analysis including watershed delineation and terrain modelling

  • Prepare reports, specifications, environmental studies, and construction documentation

  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Support permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting

  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulations, tools, and methodologies


qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required

  • Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM or similar modelling tools preferred

  • Working knowledge of GIS applications

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of stormwater management and environmental regulations

  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
