Our client is seeking a Water Resources Engineer (PE) to join their team in Rogers, AR. This role focuses on delivering environmental and water resource engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and land development projects.

responsibilities.
Perform watershed, hydrologic, and hydraulic (H&H) modelling and analysis
Lead design of stream restoration, channel stabilisation, and wetland/floodplain projects
Analyse topographic, hydrological, and geotechnical data to inform design decisions
Develop cost estimates and assess project feasibility
Produce engineering drawings and technical documentation using design software
Conduct GIS-based spatial analysis including watershed delineation and terrain modelling
Prepare reports, specifications, environmental studies, and construction documentation
Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams
Support permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
Maintain awareness of evolving regulations, tools, and methodologies
qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM or similar modelling tools preferred
Working knowledge of GIS applications
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of stormwater management and environmental regulations
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
