Our client is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to support land development projects in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Civil Engineer will plan, design, and produce construction documents for a variety of land development projects. Daily work includes reviewing surveys, studies, maps, and site data to shape project planning; preparing feasibility assessments and detailed cost estimates; and using engineering design software to create calculations and technical drawings.

They will design grading, utilities, stormwater, and paving systems for single-family, multi-family, commercial, and industrial developments. The role involves coordinating directly with clients on project needs and adjustments, securing approvals and permits from local and state agencies, and collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

This person will track project progress, prepare activity reports, research evolving standards and best practices, and maintain knowledge of relevant codes, materials, and technology through ongoing learning.
