Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to broaden their federal-sector footprint in San Diego, California. They support complex facility and infrastructure programs for a wide range of military and civilian clients.

You’ll guide teams delivering federal design projects, build on existing agency relationships, and identify new opportunities across military and civilian sectors. Core responsibilities include setting goals, supporting capture planning, strengthening client partnerships, and mentoring technical talent. You’ll collaborate with other senior leaders to deliver high-quality work, ensure project profitability, expand capabilities, and support long-term practice development. The role includes performance-based incentives.

qualifications.

• Familiarity with agencies such as the Army Corps, Navy and Marine commands, Air Force, Homeland Security, National Guard, or related civilian groups.

• Strong technical leadership, design software proficiency, and experience in proposal development and budgeting.

• Consistent ability to mentor teams and manage profitable delivery.

• Twelve-plus years leading design work for federal clients.

• Active P.E. license.

salary.

• $150,000 - $260,000

• Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
