Our client is searching for a Senior Project Manager to grow their federal-sector portfolio in Sacramento. They support facility and infrastructure programs for military and civilian agencies nationwide.

responsibilities.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen relationships with federal clients, and identify new opportunities within military and civilian agency sectors. Expect to set operational goals, guide capture strategies, expand service offerings, and partner with senior leaders to support performance across the business. You’ll manage project delivery, oversee staffing, mentor technical professionals, and contribute to long-term practice growth. The role includes a performance-based reward structure.

qualifications.

• Direct experience working with agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers, Navy and Marine facilities commands, Air Force, Homeland Security, National Guard, or civilian federal groups.

• Strong design leadership and technical proficiency with industry-relevant software. Established proposal-writing and budgeting experience and a consistent track record managing profitable delivery.

• Twelve or more years leading design teams for federal facilities or infrastructure projects.

• Active P.E. license.

salary.

• $145,000 - $250,000

• Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
