• 12+ years leading federal design projects across agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, National Guard, DHS, USAF, or similar.

• Established relationships with federal clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

• Strong technical leadership across relevant software and design standards.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and deliver profitable projects.

• Experience preparing proposals, scopes, and budgets.

• Professional Engineer license.

Base salary: $150,000–$260,000 + performance-based bonus.
