Our client is searching for a seasoned leader to grow their land development presence in the Coachella Valley. They partner with private developers, architects, planners, and regional stakeholders to shape a wide range of mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects.

responsibilities.

You’ll lead a land development group while nurturing strong relationships across the local development community. Expect to set direction for the practice, define strategic goals, guide business planning, and maintain clear communication across teams. You’ll mentor staff, oversee workload distribution, ensure financial performance, and cultivate a collaborative culture where people grow and projects thrive. qualifications.

• Strong communication skills, the ability to guide and mentor teams, and a consistent track record of profitable project delivery.

• A well-established network of contacts, including developers, architects, planners, land use attorneys, and landowners.

• Demonstrated experience developing proposals, scopes, budgets, and winning work. Fifteen (15) or more years managing land development projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an active California P.E. license.

• Strong Civil 3D expertise.

salary.

$145,000 – $250,000, plus eligibility for performance-based bonus compensation.
