Our client is seeking a Practice Builder to expand their land development presence in Riverside, California. They partner with both public agencies and private developers on a wide range of infrastructure and site development work.

You’ll lead a land development team, cultivate key client relationships, and create a vision for growth. You’ll shape business strategy, establish operational goals, and support transparent communication across teams. Expect to manage project performance, delegate effectively, mentor technical staff, and steer long-term business development. The role offers substantial autonomy along with performance-based incentives.

qualifications.

• Well-established local professional relationships, strong AutoCAD Civil 3D capabilities, and a track record in proposal development, budgeting, team leadership, and profitable project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a California P.E. license.

• Fifteen or more years managing land development projects.

salary.

• $150,000 - $260,000 (base)

• Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
