Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Builder to lead and grow their land development operations in Pleasanton. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy known for supporting public- and private-sector development projects across the region.

You’ll guide a land development group, shaping strategy, setting direction, and growing long-term client relationships. This includes creating business plans, establishing project goals, and fostering open communication across your team. You’ll oversee project profitability, delegate work to the right technical talent, mentor staff, and serve as a visible leader with the autonomy to grow the practice. qualifications.

• Strong history of work with local design and development partners, plus advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Proven experience preparing scopes, budgets, proposals, and managing teams while maintaining profitable delivery.

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and active California P.E. license.

• A minimum of fifteen years leading land development projects.
