Our client is seeking a Senior Practice Builder to lead and expand land development operations in Santa Clarita, California. They partner with a wide range of development clients across the region.

You’ll guide a land development practice, define strategy, and maintain collaborative client relationships. The role includes business planning, goal-setting, team leadership, and nurturing strong communication across the group. You’ll oversee project performance, delegate work effectively, and develop staff capabilities while driving overall business growth. The position includes performance-based incentives.

qualifications.

• Strong regional connections with developers, architects, planners, and related professionals.

• Advanced Civil 3D skills, plus extensive experience preparing proposals, scopes, and budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and consistently deliver profitable work.

• Fifteen-plus years managing land development programs.

• Active P.E. license.

salary. 

• $150,000 to $260,000
