Our client is looking for a Practice Builder to advance their land development work in San Mateo, California. They support a diverse portfolio of development clients, ranging from private developers to public agencies.

You’ll oversee team leadership, shape business strategy, and expand client relationships. Day-to-day work includes developing goals, communicating transparently across teams, nurturing staff capabilities, and steering long-term business development. qualifications.

• Existing relationships with local designers, developers, planners, and related professionals.

• Strong Civil 3D skills and experience creating scopes, budgets, and proposals.

• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering profitable projects.

  Fifteen or more years of land development experience.

• Civil engineering degree and California P.E. license.

salary.

• $165,000 - $280,000

• Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
