Specializing in a wide range of land development projects—including mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports facilities, and educational developments—this company seeks a Project Manager for Site Design to lead and manage complex, high-priority projects. The Project Manager will oversee multiple teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, all while maintaining a focus on high-quality engineering and design solutions.
responsibilities.
Organize and direct the execution of project plans by assembling project teams, ensuring resource availability, and aligning team skills with project requirements.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, while tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely project delivery.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on project management best practices and company-specific processes.
Keep thorough documentation of all project deliverables, including design plans, correspondence, and other key files.
Manage change requests, assess project risks, and apply mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts.
Supervise detailed technical reviews to ensure work meets quality standards and contract specifications.
Monitor project performance, ensuring all deliverables stay within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on exceptional service to ensure repeat business.
Lead and manage complex contract negotiations.
qualifications.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development, with significant experience in project management, including budget, schedule, and scope management.
A genuine passion for collaboration, ownership, and contributing to community development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
