Our client is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to provide technical leadership and oversight for roadway design projects in Orlando or Tallahassee, Florida. This role is ideal for a licensed PE with strong FDOT experience and demonstrated leadership capability. The firm delivers transportation solutions focused on roadway capacity improvements and infrastructure modernization.

responsibilities.

• Provide technical direction and oversight across assignments

• Mentor engineers and support professional development

• Assist in business development and client engagement

• Oversee widening and capacity enhancement projects

• Review design plans for quality and compliance

• Lead roadway design teams on FDOT projects

qualifications.

• Widening/capacity project experience preferred

• 5–10 years of roadway engineering experience

• Turnpike Enterprise experience a plus

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• Experience leading technical teams

• FDOT project experience required

$110,000 – $125,000 annually
