Practice Builder – Land Development | Temecula, CA

Our client is looking for a Practice Builder to expand their land development team in Temecula. They support a broad mix of development projects for public- and private-sector clients.

responsibilities.

You’ll drive team leadership, business strategy, and client engagement. Expect to set goals, maintain transparent communication, develop staff, and cultivate long-term partnerships. You’ll oversee project economics, transition work to technical leads, and mentor the next generation of practice leaders. Performance incentives accompany the role.

qualifications.

• A strong network of local development partners, advanced Civil 3D abilities, and experience creating scopes, budgets, proposals, and managing project delivery.

• Strong communication and team leadership skills with a record of profitable project management.

• Civil engineering degree and active California P.E. license.

• At least fifteen years leading land development projects.

salary. 

• $150,000 - $260,000

• Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
