This hire will lead a Land Development team, drive business development, and manage relationships with regional architects, developers, planners, and landowners. They’ll define strategy, set goals, build and maintain client relationships, and guide the growth of the group. • Strong technical design background and hands-on Civil 3D skills.

• 10+ years of land development project management experience.

• Experience writing proposals, scopes, and budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver profitable projects.

• Professional Engineer license.
