The Junior/Intermediate Design Engineer/Technologist will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering site plan and subdivision projects. This will involve assisting with preliminary and final grading and servicing designs.
responsibilities.
Create both preliminary and detailed design drawings for various municipal projects.
Coordinate and prepare engineering submissions for approval.
Prepare Functional Servicing Plans and associated reports.
Develop grading and servicing plans for projects.
qualifications.
Progressing toward or already registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) in Ontario is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results effectively in a fast-paced environment.
At least two years of experience in drafting and design work related to municipal projects.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
A University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil3D software.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
