As a Land Development Project Manager, you will work on a wide variety of land development projects, including:
Environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives
Stormwater Management and Low Impact Development (LID)
Infrastructure design including roads, utilities, and grading
Large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
Coordination of municipal infrastructure and utilities
Community engagement and public consultation
Regulatory approvals and land use planning
Master Planning and Site Development
Your role will involve overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through to construction, ensuring that projects meet all regulatory requirements, client expectations, and quality standards.

Manage the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Implement innovative solutions for sustainable development, focusing on stormwater management and environmental stewardship.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipal authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and collaborate closely with senior engineers and designers.
Prepare project budgets, schedules, and work plans, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
Oversee the preparation of technical reports, design drawings, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and provincial regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
qualifications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of local and provincial land use regulations, policies, and environmental standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project.
Experience with stormwater management, site grading, and infrastructure design.
Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain it.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
