Our client is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Senior Project Engineer in West Chester to support water and wastewater projects across Pennsylvania. They are looking for an experienced, licensed engineer with a strong foundation in biological treatment and process engineering.

responsibilities.

• Support design and evaluation of water and wastewater treatment systems

• Provide technical expertise for industrial treatment and remediation projects

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during design and commissioning

• Prepare reports, specifications, drawings, and calculation packages

• Support construction-phase services and contractor coordination

• Lead biological treatment assessments and system upgrades

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates

• Travel to project sites as needed

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Pennsylvania licensure

• 7+ years of experience in biological treatment systems

• Water and wastewater process engineering experience

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• AutoCAD and/or GIS experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

$94,00 – $154,000 dependent on experience.
