role.
As a Project Manager, you will plan, design, and direct engineering projects, including residential and commercial developments, drainage systems, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
responsibilities.
Prepare and modify reports, specifications, construction schedules, and environmental studies.
Track project progress and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Utilize engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) to create designs and documents.
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and other technical data to plan and design projects.
For Project Managers, ensure adherence to the company’s Project Management Plan.
Collaborate with government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Potential to supervise engineers and technicians supporting assigned projects.
Supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients to receive input, address changes, and resolve issues.
Calculate project feasibility and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Stay up-to-date with industry changes and new technologies.
qualifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydro Flow, and other engineering software.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BS) from an accredited university.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Arkansas.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Minimum 6 years of related experience.
