responsibilities.

• Lead and oversee civil design projects, ensuring quality assurance and quality control across all deliverables.

• Manage and mentor technical staff, coordinating efforts across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Provide senior-level design review and serve as a subject matter expert for site design initiatives.

• Support client engagement through meetings, consultation, and project resolution guidance.

• Conduct occasional travel to job sites for project evaluation and coordination as required.

• Review and promote efficiency in project production methods and technical execution.

qualifications.

• Proven project management experience with medium-scale site development projects.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on producing high-quality work.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to lead project teams.

• Associate degree in drafting, civil technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
