Our client provides a wide range of services including site development, mixed-use, commercial, residential land development, and projects for industries such as sports, education, and other public sectors. The Project Manager role is crucial in ensuring successful delivery of high-priority, complex projects, often involving multiple teams. This position is responsible for managing project execution, guiding teams, and ensuring that high-quality solutions meet both engineering and design needs.
responsibilities.
(The role may require travel for occasional office meetings, client visits, and site inspections).
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Document project deliverables and maintain accurate records, including design plans, correspondence, and other files.
Assemble and manage project teams, ensuring the right technical skills and resources are in place to meet objectives.
Mentor staff on best practices in project management, utilizing internal project management programs and resources.
Monitor progress and performance, ensuring that all deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct detailed technical reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project specifications.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and secure future projects.
Manage change requests, execute risk management strategies, and mitigate financial risks.
Lead contract negotiations for complex projects.
10+ years of experience in site design and development, with proven project management experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Strong skills in scope, schedule, and budget management.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
