The firm delivers innovative solutions for land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and community sectors. They are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management expertise to oversee high-profile, multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through completion.

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex design projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved. This position involves coordinating internal teams, managing client relationships, and guiding project performance to ensure technical excellence and successful outcomes. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid or remote options, with occasional travel for client meetings or site visits.


responsibilities.

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with technical and contractual standards.

    Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

  • Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, assigning tasks and aligning resources with project goals.

  • Foster strong client relationships and pursue repeat business through excellent service.

  • Manage client communications, contracts, and negotiations.

  • Mentor junior staff in project management best practices and technical execution.

    Track performance metrics, manage change orders, and mitigate project risks.


qualifications.

  • Proven success managing scope, budget, and schedule for multi-phase projects.

    Minimum 8 years of experience in site design and development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

    Strong communication and team leadership skills.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
