Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for Water/Wastewater utility projects in Texas (DFW, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio).

Their team includes licensed engineers, certified planners, project managers, and construction professionals, all dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to public agencies. They are a national infrastructure company, with expert capabilities in planning, environmental design, construction engineering, and more.


role.

The company is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10-plus years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment and facilities. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment projects, including treatment plant expansions, pump stations, and lift stations.


responsibilities.

  • Develop design calculations, process modeling, and construction documents.

  • Lead teams in the preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

  • Mentor junior and technical staff.


qualifications.

  • Texas Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.

  • Over 10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater design and construction.

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and client interaction.

  • Experience with proposal preparation and participation in interviews.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with process modeling software.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
