Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and expand their water and wastewater services practice in the Texas Gulf Coast region. This role involves managing projects for public and private sector clients across industries such as municipalities, energy, and manufacturing.

The successful candidate will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists, manage project delivery, and drive business development. Projects will include the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure such as treatment facilities, pumping stations, storage tanks, sewer interceptors, and collection systems.

  • Lead and grow a team of engineering professionals in the water/wastewater sector.

  • Manage projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution/collection systems.

  • Mentor junior staff in design, project integration, and regulatory compliance.

  • Engage with clients, contractors, and regulators at the local and state levels.

  • Oversee all project phases: concept, permitting, bidding, and construction.

  • Drive client development and networking initiatives.


qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (advanced degree a plus).

  • 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

  • Background in facility evaluations, technology selection, project management, and treatability testing.

  • Strong client relationship and business development skills.

  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead technical staff.

  • Hands-on operations experience such as system audits, SOP development, operator training, and startup assistance preferred.

  • Texas Water Operator’s License desirable.
