The Senior Project Manager will take charge of project leadership, client relationships, and team development. This is a strategic role for a proven professional who enjoys managing complex land development projects, mentoring engineers, and driving project success from design through delivery.

• Lead and manage multiple land development projects from concept to completion.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all deliverables.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and invoicing while ensuring profitability.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader business goals.

• Oversee, mentor, and support project engineers and design staff.

• Ensure quality control and technical accuracy of design plans.

• Prepare and develop project proposals and scopes of work.

• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.

qualifications.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering and land development, ideally in suburban Maryland.

• 10+ years of experience managing staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong technical background in design review and project management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland (required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
