Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager – Data Center to join their Raleigh, North Carolina office and help shape a fast-growing data center site development practice across the Southeast.

responsibilities.

You will lead site/civil design for hyperscale and colocation data centers, along with other complex institutional, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will direct site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control from concept to completion, manage budgets, schedules and risk, prepare or review feasibility studies, stormwater plans and utility reports, lead permitting with local agencies, and support proposals and interviews as you build client partnerships and mentor your team.

qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, biological and agricultural engineering, or a related field.

• EI required; PE (or on track to obtain one) strongly preferred.

• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience, including a strong hyperscale or colocation data center portfolio.

• Solid knowledge of land use regulations, entitlements and permitting processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with expertise in stormwater management, H&H modelling and SWPPP compliance.

• Strong client-facing, business development and team leadership skills, and a willingness to travel.

$135,000 – $170,000.
