Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to provide high-level technical leadership for their site design practice in Tulsa or Oklahoma City. They support commercial, residential, mixed-use, and specialized development projects, offering planning and design services from concept through construction. Their teams work collaboratively across offices, with flexibility for remote or hybrid arrangements.

The senior engineer will act as a lead technical resource on complex projects, guiding design decisions and elevating engineering standards across the team. Duties include executing QA/QC reviews, preparing advanced design solutions, assembling technical resources, and helping define best practices for project delivery. This person may supervise engineering and technical staff, review contracts, enhance process efficiency, and ensure design quality and completeness. They will also support project management as needed and may mentor engineers on technical design, regulatory processes, and site development challenges. Periodic travel to offices, client meetings, or job sites may occur.

qualifications.

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.

• Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, hold a professional engineering license,

• Minimum of four years supervising technical personnel.

• Strong skills in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, permitting, and Civil 3D are important.

• Clear communication, leadership ability, and a collaborative approach are key traits for success.
