Our client is looking for a Project Manager – Healthcare + Education + Civic Engineering to join their Raleigh, North Carolina office and lead site/civil work for K-12, higher education, healthcare and civic clients.

responsibilities.

You will lead civil projects for schools, campuses, hospitals and public facilities from concept through construction administration, acting as the main contact for clients and architects. You will direct site, utility, grading and stormwater design, manage budgets and schedules, lead permitting, review deliverables for quality, manage subconsultants and risk, mentor junior staff, and help win new work through proposals and client relationships.

qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, biological and agricultural engineering, or a related field.

• EI required; PE (or on track to obtain one) strongly preferred.

• 8+ years of civil site design experience, including 4+ years as a project manager.

• Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.

• Experience running several projects, budgets and schedules at once.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage clients and develop new business.
