Our client is looking for a Project Manager – Civil Site Design to join their Winston-Salem, North Carolina office and lead commercial and land development projects from concept through construction.

responsibilities.

You will manage civil site projects from start to finish as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders and internal teams. You will direct site, utility, grading and stormwater design, manage budgets, schedules and resources, lead permitting with local agencies, review drawings and reports for quality, manage subconsultants and project risk, mentor junior staff, and look for opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, biological and agricultural engineering, or a related field.

• EI required; PE (or on track to obtain one) strongly preferred.

• 5+ years of civil site design experience.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with a strong grasp of design principles and construction processes.

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and project risk.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams and build client relationships.

$115,000 – $140,000.
