Our client is looking for a Landscape Architect Project Manager to join their team in Rogers, AR. They partner with commercial, civic, and public-sector clients to shape outdoor environments, guiding projects from concept through construction. responsibilities.

This role leads the full lifecycle of landscape architecture projects. That includes developing plans, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, preparing design materials, and ensuring work aligns with professional standards and regulatory expectations.


The Landscape Architect Project Manager will support internal teams across multiple offices, gather project requirements directly from clients, and prepare design concepts, specifications, material selections, and cost estimates. They will craft scopes of work, assist with contracts, and assemble unified design packages for client review. Regular work includes writing proposals, setting up new projects with administrative teams, preparing invoices, and guiding staff allocation.


The position also involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies; supporting clients during negotiations; and overseeing construction administration. This individual will forecast workloads, manage team members, supervise designers and interns, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Participation in community meetings, professional organizations, and outreach activities may be expected to support broader business development efforts.


qualifications.

  • A professional degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant project experience.

  • Candidates must hold a current landscape architecture license and be able to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

  • Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical materials, regulatory documents, and client requirements.

  • Comfort with analytical reasoning, geometric and algebraic concepts, and design-related calculations is important.

  • Proficiency with project management tools, design software, and standard office applications is expected.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.

  • The role includes typical office-based physical activities, occasional travel, and intermittent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
