We are leading the search effort for Land Development Senior Project Managers in California (multiple locations) to join a multi-disciplinary, national firm specializing in private developments and municipal infrastructure.

Your primary role will be to grow and develop relationships with key clients and increase the company's market presence. Additionally, you would lead project teams in delivering high quality designs as a group manager. This is an entrepreneurial role and you will be afforded a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow your own business. responsibilities.
The selected candidate will head up the Land Development team while growing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Grow and lead the land development practice, mentor staff, and perform as a positive and supportive leader.
You will operate with integrity and sound business principles
Create open communication with your partners and team
Provide vision, business planning, and strategy
qualifications.
Business development and marketing acumen including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
Extensive client network and relationships with local architects, developers, planners and land owners
Ability to effectively communicate and respond positively at all levels of the organization
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of California
15+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
Ability to direct resources effectively in a positive manner
Ability to manage land development projects profitably
Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
Ability to train, manage, and mentor staff
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
