The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development of overall project layouts and original designs. This role involves collaborating with engineers on civil engineering projects, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management, particularly in land development. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, manage client relationships, and support business development and marketing efforts.


responsibilities.

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, drainage, and stormwater management in private, public, or federal land development projects.

  • Contribute to business development efforts, including presentations, interviews, and client management.

  • Apply practical knowledge and experience in civil engineering to guide project development.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ensure compliance with stormwater and erosion control regulations.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and fee proposals.

  • Work effectively within a team environment.


qualifications.

  • Proven project management experience, including overseeing scope, budgets, and schedules.

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in the state of Florida.

  • Experience in residential and commercial design.
