Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager – Land Development to join their Winston-Salem, North Carolina office and help lead a multidisciplinary civil site design team.

responsibilities.

You will help lead the production team, managing resources and solving technical and design challenges to keep projects moving. You will coach and mentor design and CAD staff, oversee civil construction documents including site plans, utility plans and profiles, stormwater facility plans, design reports and specifications, lead utility and site layout design, and support client relationships and business development.

qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, biological and agricultural engineering, or a related field.

• EI required; PE (or on track to obtain one) strongly preferred.

• 5+ years of civil site design experience.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD and a strong understanding of site, utility and stormwater design.

• Ability to manage resources, schedules and multiple tasks at once.

• Strong leadership, communication and client service skills.
