responsibilities.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project performance, attend review meetings, and ensure financial accuracy, including invoice and subcontractor payment management.

  • Coordinate contracts, budgets, schedules, and documentation with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Develop and implement project-specific health and safety plans in coordination with internal safety professionals.

  • Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through completion.

  • Ensure QA/QC compliance according to established quality standards and procedures.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.


qualifications.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 2 years in project management.

  • Proficiency in engineering and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation.

  • Strong understanding of civil and environmental engineering practices.

    Experience with QA/QC processes and project financial management.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Involvement in professional engineering associations (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
