The Senior Project Manager will lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion, with a focus on private land development. This includes overseeing design work, coordinating project teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet technical standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves cultivating client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding junior staff to support their development. Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments are essential.


qualifications.

  • Proficiency with industry tools such as Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, MS Project, Bluebeam, and standard office software

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license with at least four years of registration within Missouri or Kansas

  • Comfortable presenting technical information in both written and verbal formats

  • Strong understanding of municipal, state, and federal regulatory frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams

  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in land development

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution

  • Proven success building and maintaining client partnerships
