responsibilities.

  • Lead and oversee civil engineering and site design teams, ensuring effective delivery of layouts, technical designs, and engineering calculations

  • Produce comprehensive site design documentation, including grading, paving, utilities, erosion control, demolition, and dimensioned site plans

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies throughout the design process to support timely approvals

  • Prepare technical calculations, reports, and supporting documentation required for project execution

  • Collaborate with property owners, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to deliver fully coordinated construction documents

  • Manage project schedules and guide engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project objectives

  • Represent the client professionally in meetings with stakeholders, design partners, and construction teams

  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and risk management from design through construction, offering technical guidance as challenges arise

  • Ensure all projects comply with applicable zoning, environmental, and health and safety regulations

  • Design infrastructure improvements that meet regulatory standards while supporting project and owner needs

  • Participate in owner, engineer, and contractor meetings as required

  • Review and respond to RFIs and construction submittals

  • Conduct site inspections to verify construction alignment with approved plans and safety standards

  • Perform on-site investigations, analyze field data, and remain current on regulatory and zoning requirements


qualifications.

  • Minimum of four years of professional civil engineering experience as a licensed engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
