This role involves working on civil design projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating with local authorities and contractors.

• Manage land/site development projects, including design, quality control, and financial management.

• Attend job site meetings, conduct site investigations, and support construction services.

• Lead civil design efforts for public works or site development projects.

• Interface with clients and local authorities (ADH, ADEQ, ArDOT).

• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for design drawings.

• Travel to job sites as needed.

• Local experience in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville/Fayetteville) design codes is a plus.

• Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.

• Experience in managing civil/site development projects and leading design efforts.

• Strong technical design skills and knowledge of U.S. design codes and standards.

• 3+ years of relevant experience (5-8 years ideal).

• BS in Civil Engineering (MS is a plus).
