As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of land development projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timelines. You will collaborate with developers, regulatory bodies, and local stakeholders to create projects that positively impact the surrounding environment and community. Your leadership will guide the project team while managing client relationships, addressing technical, financial, and logistical challenges, and executing all phases of development.
This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and driving project success. You will play an integral part in the development of proposals, project planning, and execution while motivating and guiding a team of professionals to meet company objectives.
responsibilities.
Develop and execute growth strategies with clients, enhancing their relationship and expanding business opportunities.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve overall goals.
Foster and maintain client relationships, addressing any project challenges that arise.
Lead the preparation of proposals, project plans, and project closeout documentation.
Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project, and Primavera P6 being a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, landscape architecture, planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in client relationship management, project development, and proposal preparation.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow management.
At least 11 years of experience, with 8 years in project management.
Professional certifications such as PE, RLA, or PMP preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
salary.
$130,000 - $170,000 (negotiable subject to qualifications/experience).
