duties.

The proposed Project Manager shall be highly skilled in the management of complex civil construction projects, focused in principled negotiation, capable of understanding the Contract Documents, and capable of managing a construction project to the standards defined in these Special Provisions.


qualifications.

The Project Manager should have at least 10 years of experience in the field as a Construction Project Manager, including complete responsibility for every aspect of project management on at least two wastewater pumping plant projects with a minimum contract bid amount of $2 million dollars each, successfully completed.
