responsibilities.

  • Guide the technical direction of project teams to help clients achieve development goals

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and project management

  • Collaborate with the executive team to support overall firm objectives

  • Represent client interests at public meetings and regulatory hearings

  • Prepare proposals and support business development initiatives

  • Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and design staff

  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and oversee project invoicing

  • Ensure quality control across all project deliverables


requirements.

  • At least 10–12 years of progressive civil engineering experience in land development, preferably in the Southern Maryland region

  • 5+ years managing civil/site design projects and overseeing design staff

  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
